surprisingly, the national weather service did not issue a frost advisories. the dewpoint are actually higher so that means that we are seeing more moisture. it is probably certain that you will see some moisture on your windshield. expect that. faswith mostly sunny skies it is going to be warmer with temperatures in the 50s. tonight, clear but not quite as cold with most of us into the 40's. as you walk you through four futurecast. still some 30's for fairfield, concord, those communities along the delta. but that dark purple indicating 40's at least. as we set the clock into motion. the green will appear on the screen where we could see some 60s. most will see 50s. that purple is

indicating most of the areas in the 40's. as we break this down in your neighborhood, santa rosa could be 61. 60s in oakland, concord. the satellite & ritter short high-pressure between the eastern pacific. the radar--and temperatures a bit warmer. your kron 4 7 day around the bay this is demonstrating that the morning's will not be quite as cold. we will not see freezing. and i know that i took a most of the average for most of these locations but with a weekend, the south-bay communities could see even the 60s. overall, pretty pleasant a nice looking your kron 4 7 day around the bay and let us take a look at traffic. there are no hot spots it is

pretty quiet the traffic is doing just fine from all of the bridge approaches. the san mateo, looking good. and the 101/golden gate = problem-free. no problems. >> on to a developing story. transportation officials in japan have decided this morning to ground all boeing 7-8-7 "dreamliner" aircraft. pending a complete safety check. one of the 7-8-7's operated by "all nippon airways". was forced to make an emergency landing in western japan earlier today after an alarm in cockpit warned of a battery problem. the is video of that aircraft on the taxiway. no one was hurt. but passengers did report the smell of something burning in the cabin. this is the sixth issue the dreamliner has faced in the last two weeks alone. other problems include a battery fire and fuel leaks. as a result. airlines are voluntarily grounding the jets while the u.s. department of transportation conducts a review of 787's critical systems.

a total of 17 a-n-a jets. and seven "japan airlines" 7-8-7 aircraft will not be flying. japan's transport ministry says it is categorizing the problem as a "serious incident" all of today's a-n-a flights in and out of san jose mineta international airport are cancelled. >> in world news. police say two people were killed when a helicopter crashed during rush hour this morning in central london. authorities say the helicopter apparently crashed after hitting a construction crane on top of a building. the accident happened just south of the river thames near the "underground" and a "mainline train station". firefighters were able to extinguish the flames quickly. several roads remain closed as emergency crews work on scene. we will be right back. this is a live look from new-york city were thousands from new york city where thousands of bus drivers are on strike over better job protection.
